Purchase one or both of our full length pre-recorded video lessons in two energetic and contagious styles: Bollywood and Afrobeats. 

Each lesson is 45 minutes and includes: 

• Cultural context about the style 

• Warm up 

• Drills 

• Combo

Use the full lesson in one period, or break it up over the week. It’s always a good time to dance! 

Recommended grade level: Junior/Intermediate (but Primaries are welcome to give it a go!)
